“CommPlan Pty Ltd” was established in 2005 to fulfill a market demand for specialist consulting services that are project specific and client focused. We provide specialist consulting services for the management and development of infrastructure and commercial and residential projects. From gymnasiums, houses and office buildings to telecommunications towers, wind turbines and underground cable systems, we have the skills and professional experience that allow us to provide custom made solutions to meet your requirements.

People
CommPlan has developed a team of professionally qualified and experienced consultants including property managers, environmental planners, structural engineers and designers. Members of the team have extensive experience in the development and management of a wide variety of infrastructure projects including electrical, telecommunications, roads and radio networks. We have a history with roads, mining, gymnasiums, housing, outdoor advertising, wind and solar energy. The company is led by their Directors and senior consultants, Mark Byrnes and Katharine Wilson who both have over 10 years of experience throughout Australia in the public and private sector. The are supported by senior property consultants, environmental planners and engineers.
